PROPANE PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
The Plevna School District #55 is requesting sealed bid proposals from qualified propane suppliers for the purchase and delivery of propane to properties controlled by The Plevna School District for the period of 7/1/2024 - 6/30/2025.
Sealed bids should be labeled “PROPANE BID” on the outside of the sealed envelope and must be received in the Plevna School District Business Office before 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Unsealed bids or bids delivered via fax or email will not be accepted.
One copy of the bid form signed by an officer of the vendor company is required. The bids will be opened and read aloud during the regular Plevna School Board of Trustees meeting on July 9, 2024. The bid forms are available on the District’s website or can be obtained by contacting the Business Office.

Public Notice: Notice is hereby given that the regularly scheduled June 18, 2024 meeting of Plevna School District Unified Board of Trustees has been rescheduled to Monday, June 24, 2024, at 7:00 pm in the Tom McPhee Library of Plevna School.

Notice is hereby given that the June 18, 2024 meeting of the Plevna School District Unified Board of Trustees has been postponed. The rescheduled meeting is expected to be held within one week of June 18, 2024, in the Tom McPhee Library of Plevna School. On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, the public will be notified of the rescheduled meeting date.


At approximately 8:45 am this morning (5/6), the was a possible chemical leak at Pleva Schools. At this time, the school has been evacuated and school has been canceled for the day. Medical staff, law enforcement, and the fire department are on the scene. The cause and nature of the incident is considered managed at this time. There are no medical emergencies at this time. More information regarding this incident and return to school will be provided as it becomes available.
